Anita started in a crowded street front with an oversized closet/office to store items and worked with three volunteers. Today, Great Fermentations has become Indiana's largest beer and wine production and supply store. They are passionate about what they do at Great Fermentations and are motivated by three goals: to help their customers make the best wine and beer themselves, to provide the best products and services, day after day, and of course they drink beer by shift every day at 5:30 p.m. They feel that if they focus on these three things (especially the transition of beer), the rest will naturally fall: their team is made up of beer and wine merchants with more than 45 years of experience and they like to talk about fermentation processes and help you.
