In 2012, Petra and graham set up Redber in Merrow, just outside Guildford. After a long winter and summer in their small workshop, they are now happy to live in a larger unit (as opposed to their original base) with three small batch roasters and a larger ghibli roaster. Redber have more and more organic and fairtrade certified coffee beans, but they purchase every one of their coffees responsibly and work with a number of charities - most notably developing seeds.
