The new Maryland festival has received such a fantastic response that Reggae Rise Up Maryland has decided to relocate it to Port Covington. The new venue, which is only a few minutes away from the original, has allowed them to add a second stage to the festival and extend their program even further. Protoje, Bumpin Uglies, Jesse Royal, Kabaka Pyramid, Sun Dried Vibes, and Drifting Roots have been added to the Maryland program by Reggae Rise Up Maryland, who are all alumni of previous RRU festival stages, as well as Lila Iké & Signal Fire, who will be performing for the first time at RRU. Local retail sellers will set up shop at Vendor Village, selling a variety of items such as clothing, accessories, crafts, technology, and more. There will also be festival and artist items available.
